The drawing on Monday’s FA Cup first round draw saw MK Dons handed an away draw at a fellow league 1 side.
In a change from the norm the first round draw took place at 7pm on BBC2 on Monday and when our name was eventually drawn out we knew we would face Port Vale.
We’ll be heading to Vale Park the weekend after next for this all league 1 encounter that will be an interesting game, and one that’s also difficult to call.
The priority for Karl Robinson, and the team, is to of course secure league 1 promotion this season, with us looking good for this at this stage, but an FA Cup run isn’t ever something you’ll turn down will you!
