MK Dons have announced the first of their pre-season games during the closed season.
The Dons will play Ipswich Town on the 12th July and Nottingham Forest on the 19th July both kicking off at the National Hockey Stadium 7.45pm. Other pre-season friendly dates are to be confirmed on the official Dons website.
It will be great to welcome back both teams to the NHS. Forest were our more recent visitors to the NHS, where a large contingent of Forest fans joined Dons fans to witness a rare win for the Dons.
Ispwich however have not visited the NHS since the 2003/2004 season where thier fantastic travelling fans saw their side win 2-1 in a well contested game.
With rumours that there is interest from both clubs in our Izale Mcleod, this could well be a good opportunity for fans of both Ipswich and Forest to check out a prospective new signing.
