Chelsea Youngster Cummings Joins MK Dons

MK Dons have completed the signing of Chelsea youngster Shaun Cummings.

Roberto Di Matteo returned to his former club to complete the month-long loan signing of the striker, who played a part in the win over Watford this week. Cummings knows Di Matteo’s assistant Eddie Newton, another former Chelsea player, as was a coach of his from his time as part of the youth team setup at Stamford Bridge.

It is believed that Chelsea hold him in high regard and hope that he can one day force his way into their first team so this is just a loan for him to gain some experience.
