Pre-season training often sees some new faces, other than those signed, pitch up at clubs and MK Dons had a new (unsigned) player training with them on Tuesday.

Former Portsmouth, Derby and Sheffield Wednesday (among others) striker Deon Burton, a free agent after ending his time with Gabala in Azerbaijan, will be training with the club this week in the hope of earning himself a contract.

At 35-years of age should the former Jamaican international land on his feet with MK in league one then he would not have done bad at all!

Burton has a decent track record so if he’s still capable of cutting it at this level he could make a very useful addition to Karl Robinson’s squad.
