After 3-years of success at Brentford Charlie MacDonald has come to MK Dons and Karl Robinson, as he told the official website, is more than happy with his signing.

Robinson feels that the 30-year-old has all the attributes needed to be successful at stadium:mk: ‘I am really excited to have Charlie at the Club, he is a natural born goal scorer and his record of 40 goals in 111 League appearances for Brentford speaks for itself.

‘He is a player we have watched closely for a while now and we’re delighted to have held off the competition from a number of clubs to capture his signature.

‘Charlie is hard working and determined which are two great characteristics, I know he is keen to match the Club’s ambitions and I am sure he will prove to be a big hit with the fans.’
