Clive Platt has left the Dons for Championship side Colchester United.

Clive has been with MK Dons since early 2005 when he was Danny Wilson`s first signing as Dons boss. Since the he has been a fans favourite because of his ability and commitment scoring 18 goals in the last campaign. The transfer fee is thought to be around £300,000 for the 29 year old.

We wish Clive all the best of luck for the future!

  • Well done on your transfer Platt!!! During you 2 year stay at the Dons you’ve done us proud, pity you couldn’t stay to help us get promoted next season!!!

  • Apparently we’ve signed Kevin Gallen (ex QPR and Plymouth) and Ince’s old midfield partner at Wolves – Colin Cameron. COYD’s!!!
