Karl Robinson has been mentioned as a potential candidate to become the new Bournemouth manager, following Paul Groves’ sacking last week.

Pete Winkelman, as he told The Daily Echo, has played down talk of any “official approach” from MK Dons’ league one rivals: ‘There hasn’t been any official approach from Bournemouth, no. Not that I am aware of.’

Robinson has developed quite a reputation for himself following the fine job he’s performed with MK Dons since his appointment in 2010 (which made his the youngest manager at just 29-years-old to manage in English football) so it’s little wonder other clubs are linked with him.

MK Dons don’t want to let him go and I’d be very surprised if he opted to leave stadium:mk for Bournemouth.
