MK Dons drew away at Mansfield in a friendly this evening.

For the Dons first friendly against a League side, Robinson named a starting XI of: Martin, Spence, McFadzean, Kay, Lewington, Potter, Carruthers, Baker, Reeves, Powell, Church, a strong side not too dissimilar to what could be our strongest team for next season.

The Dons looked strong in the first half but it was Mansfield who took the lead with a 25-yard effort from Thomas just before half-time.

However Daniel Powell scored the equaliser on 58 minutes before Walsh, Hodson and Bowditch came on for Spence, McFadzean and Potter.

The match ended 1-1, and the up next for the Dons is another friendly away to Barnet on Saturday.
