MK Dons drew 1-1 with Limerick FC in a friendly match this evening.

After yesterday`s 4-0 win over St. James`s Gate the Dons were looking for another positive performance and Robinson named a starting line-up of: Martin; Spence, Flanagan, Walsh, Lewington; Potter, Reeves; Powell, Hitchcock, Jennings; Church.

And the Dons opened the scored on 32 minutes. Just as he had done on the last day of last season, and against St. James`s Gate, captain Dean Lewington scored a free kick, this time deflecting in to make it 1-0.

The side was changed completely by 15 minutes into the second half, giving a line-up of: Cropper; Hodson, McFadzean, Kay, Tilney; Garvan, Carruthers; Bowditch, Rasulo, Baker; Tshimanga.

The Dons looked comfortable, having had a number of chances throughout the game, but Limerick FC produced a late equaliser on 88 minutes, Dean Clarke with the goal.

The match ended at 1-1, and the Dons now have one more friendly left to play in Ireland.
