MK Dons overcame Grimsby 2-0 on Sunday to win the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy at Wembley, thanks to 2nd half goals from Keith Andrews and Sean O’Hanlon. This gave Paul Ince his first trophy as a manager, also giving MK Dons their first trophy as a club.

With two games in hand over current League Two leaders Peterborough Ince will now be looking for the MK Dons to make it double reason to celebrate at the end of the season by gaining promotion to League One as champions. These two games in hand coupled with a mere 3 point deficit would make Ince confident of adding another trophy to the haul that he won as a player.

MK Dons will secure promotion, but will it be as champions or runners up?
