MK Dons have beaten Cabinteely F.C. 3-0 in a friendly this evening, the last of their tour of Ireland.

Robinson named a starting line-up of: Martin; Hodson, McFadzean, Kay, Tilney; Carruthers, Garvan; Baker, Rasulo, Bowditch; Hitchcock. Again he gave starts to young players who`ll be hoping to make an impact next season, while trialist Owen Garvan had another chance to impress the manager.

The Dons got off to a great start when Carl Baker, who`s been having an impressive pre-season, beat three Cabinteely players before finishing to make it 1-0.

15 minutes into the second half Robinson made a number of changes, giving a line-up of: Burns; Spence, Hickford, Walsh, Lewington; Flanagan, Reeves; Powell, Rasulo, Jennings and Church, while Tshimanga also replaced Rasulo for the final 10 minutes.

Simon Church played in Daniel Powell on 67 minutes for the Dons` second, before their roles were switched on 75 minutes with Powell setting up Church`s first goal for the club.

The match ended 3-0 and the Dons will now head back home for another set of friendlies as they prepare for their first season in the Championship.
