MK Dons are almost assured of promotion now, and also moved a step closer to the League Two Title when the thrashed relegation threatened Wrexham 4-1 on Tuesday night.
The Dons were already 2-0 up after goals from Danny Swailes and Aaron Wilbraham before Neil Roberts gave Wrexham hope on the hour with a penalty, however Sean O’Hanlon added a third and Wilbraham grabbed a his second and the Dons fourth to secure a comfortable victory for the home side.
Victory moved the Dons back to the top of League Two, putting them a point clear of Peterborough with them also having a game in hand so they will now be firm favourites to win the Title, but can they do it?
