Martin’s Debut for Liverpool

19 year old David Martin kept a clean sheet in his debut match for Liverpool’s reserves last night with a comfortable 1-0 win over Sunderland.

Martin, basically had an untroubled time in goal for the Reds, just having to make one good stop during the 25th minute to keep out an effort from Sunderlands Kevin Davidson.

Martin joined the Red’s reserves on trial this week and has been training with the lad’s from Merseyside.
