Izale Mcleod is ready to move to Charlton!
The Dons Hit-Man made his MK Dons debut against Barnsley in 2004, and after 2 years of speculation, the pacey attacker is finally ready to bid farewell to the MK faithful.
Izale has bagged 61 goals for the Dons in just 117 competitive starts but is ready for the move away from Milton Keynes.
He told skysports.com:
‘Hopefully something will be done real soon,’
He also said:
‘I am keeping myself fit and I am raring to go.
Mcleod continued:
‘I need to prove myself at that higher level and I feel I am capable of doing it.’

Go for it Izale…!
yer good he dont want to play for us never has done so now time to definately let him go get good money while we can and some more good players in that want to play for us unlike mcleod whose attitude is never there so lets sell mcleod and build squad bit more and we should be on our way up cmon u dons
I hope we include a sell on fee as part of the deal, i’m sure a wigan or fulham will take him from Charlton if he manages to do well in the Championship. still Leon Knight and Kevin Gallen doesn’t look a bad strike force for a League Two team.
Good striker will do a job , but how many forwards do charlton want
Charlton are gonna have to trim their squad down a bit
