Colin Cameron, recently released from the club after one season by new manager Roberto Di Matteo, has re-crossed North of the border and joined Dundee.

Cameron was deemed surplus to requirements at the Dons, even though the current crop of players stands at a grisly nineteen.

He was informed by the manager that his contract would not be renewed last week, and swiftly made his exit from the club.

However, it has taken the former Scottish international midfielder little time at all to find himself a new club.

Former Wolverhampton Wanderers team-mate Alex Rae was quick to snap up his former pal and bring him to Scottish football’s second tier, where the club finished second last season.

Vital Dons would like to take this opportunity to wish Colin all the best at Dundee, and thank him once again for his glorious year at the club.
